Project Description

The 209-00 bridge includes two separate bridge structures - a 9-span left bridge with a total length of 381 m and a 10-span right bridge with a total length of 431 m. The bridge superstructure has a two-beam cross section with a length of typical spans of 45.0 m, constructed on Structuras PORR 2009 underslung movable scaffolding system. Upon completion of the last phase of the right bridge construction, the MSS moves longitudinally above the future abutment and on permanent built sliding tracks moves laterally by 13.85 m to the left bridge construction position, performing the entire technology reloading process without the need for large mobile cranes.

The concept of the solution includes one sliding track HEB 800 on the Pižmo towers in the bridge last span and the other one based directly on the panels behind the abutment. Sliding elements with PA6 plates have been individually designed for the movement of the MSS, allowing both longitudinal and lateral displacement. The tracks have been designed with a view to load transfer and stability at all stages of construction. The transverse movement itself was carried out by means of a hydraulic assembly with a pair of PT bars and anchor points. Because of the different MSS heights for the right and left bridges when approaching movable wagons on piers and due to the limited space of the last bridge span, there was a need to activate / deactivate the track on the Pižmo temporary support, thus height adjustable using lifting devices and hydraulics.
