Contractor: CORSÁN-CORVIAM CONSTRUCCIÓN, S.A.
Position of LKM Consult: delivery of TRECOL SYSTEM falsework and subcontractor of some construction works
Termination: 04/2017

Project description:

Bridge 203-00 has two parallel independent superstructures with mutually shifted abutments founded on steep embankment made from reinforced soil.
Falsework is respecting difficult obstacles: skewed crossing of existing road under new builded bridge, steep embankment around abutments, watercourse under bridge.
Bridge superstructure from structural point of view is three span continuous massive T-girder with spans 23 m + 32 m + 23 m (26 m) and overall length 83 m. Overall height is 9 m above terrain.
For each bridge is designed 8 pcs. of TRECOL SYSTEM supporting barges. Foundation of barges depends on geology: slab foundation is used where are good geotechnical conditions, deep foundation (concrete piles) are used on other places, where geology is for slab foundation inappropriate.
On abutments are longitudinal girders laid on transverse girder, which is hanging on PT bars carried by steel cantilevers anchored into abutment.
As formwork is used ALPI MECCANO system by ULMA Construction SK company.
